Nice location, appox 5-10mins walk from Ikebukuro station, which is a quite big station. also many malls around it, don’t have to worry if wanting to buy some souvenirs or necessities. About the hotel itself, down to ground floor, there is a convenience store, so don’t have to worry about what to eat. the staff can speak English, and they were really nice, but if you have no more questions of the stay, not having to meet them because the lift can send you to the ground floor, and the reception is at 3rd floor. Therefore, I only met them once when I checked in. But if you are taller, stronger, this hotel mite not be the one for you since it’s a normal Japanese hotel with relatively small rooms

Amazing location just a few minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station. 7-Eleven downstairs was incredibly convenient as were the plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Room was good, comfortable size. Very quiet, almost silent inside the room. Windows afforded good views of Ikebukuro but blackout curtains were also very effective. Staff was friendly, spoke English, and helpful with regard to having our luggage shipped via Yamato to our next destination city.

Howard

Staff were very friendly and have good spoken English. The rooms were clean and tidy with fast and free WiFi. There's also a coin operated laundry cum dryer room too, the front desk counter will even help you exchange 100-yen coins to use the machines. The surrounding area has a good selection of things to eat but not many attractions to see but with it's proximity to Ikebukuro Station, you are just a short walk away to being able access the whole of Tokyo

Tay

The staff, especially the lady who can speak chinese. she stayed in taiwan for 16 years before moving back to Japan.(sorry forgot to take down her name). She was so helpful by filling up the yamamoto service form and went extra step to check with the hotel if they are able to accept the luggages. Below the hotel has a 7-11 and a family restaurant that can settled your meals easily.

Location is great since it is I believe 5-7 mins from Ikebukuro station via the Tokyo Metro. Great location in Ikebukuro, definitely recommend for location. The check in experience is also great as I arrived early but they allowed me to go into my room early, also as my flight is late night, they allowed to place my bag until 1900. Great staff.
